For those interested in a career as a professional trader, Schneider offers a sponsored Professional Trader Programme (PTP) to help forge a career as a City trader. The established programme, which has been running for over 12 years, is for committed individuals who are serious about trading and want to learn how to become a trader – whether they are straight from university or simply looking for a career change. The fully funded course is open to those who are seeking a challenge and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Comprehensive training
Starting on the assumption that candidates have no experience of the industry, the four week course teaches candidates the basics of trading and helps them develop professional strategies just like experienced traders. The intensive course combines psychological assessment, theory and hands-on practical skills using Schneider’s state-of-the-art markets simulator and training facility.
To complete the course and to become a trader, candidates are assessed and tested to ensure they are meeting the criteria and can make the grade.
